You have two ways to send it back. Either way, you cover the return shipping.

Option 1: our DHL return portal (easiest)

For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

1. Open our return portal using the button below.
2. Enter your order number and email, then pick the items you are sending back.
3. You get a QR code by email. No printer needed.
4. Drop the parcel at any DHL ServicePoint, show the QR, done.

Return shipping is taken from your refund. DHL measures your parcel at drop-off, so mailbox size is cheaper and small parcel is the next step up:

• Netherlands: mailbox €5.92, small parcel €6.96
• Belgium: mailbox €8.95, small parcel €9.37
• Luxembourg: small parcel €13.90

Option 2: your own carrier

Outside the Benelux, or just prefer to sort it yourself? Send your return with any carrier you like. You pay the carrier directly, so the cost is whatever they charge. Keep your tracking until your refund lands. Send it to:

Pop your order number inside the parcel so we can match it to you.

Your refund

Once your return reaches our warehouse and we have checked it, we refund the products to your original payment method. Give it [X working days].

Good to know

• Send items back within [14 days] of delivery.
• For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and unwashed, in their original unopened plastic seal.

Exchanges

We keep it simple. Place a new order for the size or colour you want, then return the original. You get the right one fast, no waiting on a back-and-forth.
